Every family's situation is different, so every Sonoran Family Concierge plan starts with an in-home assessment and a written care plan built around your loved one. Whatever services you choose, two things never change: your loved one sees the same caregiver every visit, and I stay personally involved in their care.
All of our services are non-medical. We work alongside your loved one's doctors, therapists, and home health providers, not in place of them.
Companion Care
Loneliness and isolation take a real toll on health and happiness. Companion care brings a familiar, trusted face into the home for conversation, activity, and help with everyday life.
- Conversation, games, puzzles, hobbies, and reminiscing
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying
- Meal planning and preparation
- Errands, grocery shopping, and prescription pickup

Personal Care
Personal care is hands-on help with the daily activities that become harder with age, illness, or limited mobility. Your loved one is supported with patience and dignity by a caregiver they know and trust.

Coming home after surgery, a hospital stay, or rehab is when extra support matters most. Our caregivers provide non-medical help at home so your loved one can rest, follow their discharge instructions, and regain strength safely.

Our caregivers do not provide wound care, injections, medication administration, or other skilled nursing services. We coordinate with your loved one's home health or medical team, who handle those needs.
